Amazon FBA sellers
FBA accounting done by people who read settlement reports for a living.
Amazon’s fortnightly deposit is not your revenue. We unpack settlements into sales, fees, refunds and reserves, keep your import GST recoverable, and make sure the ATO sees exactly what it should — no more, no less.

The problems we solve every week.
Settlement soup
Every deposit blends sales, FBA fees, storage, advertising, refunds and reserve movements. Recording deposits as income understates revenue and overstates profit margins.
Import GST left on the table
GST paid at the border on your stock is recoverable once you’re registered the right way. Many sellers never claim it back.
“Amazon collects the GST, right?”
Once your stock sits in an Australian fulfilment centre, your sales are domestic supplies — Amazon is not collecting that GST for you.
Stock across the country
FBA moves your inventory between fulfilment centres. Your COGS and stock-on-hand still have to be right at year end.

Common questions
Asked by amazon fba sellers, answered plainly.
Amazon already collects GST on some sales — do I still need to register?
Amazon collects GST only in specific cases (like low-value imported goods sold from overseas). Once your stock is fulfilled from within Australia, those sales are yours to account for. If your turnover reaches A$75,000, you may need to register — and if you import stock, registration is usually what makes your border GST recoverable.
Can I recover the GST I pay when my stock clears customs?
Generally yes — with a standard GST registration and the right documentation, import GST becomes a credit on your BAS. On meaningful import volumes this is often worth thousands per year.
Do you work with sellers outside Australia?
Yes — non-resident FBA sellers are one of our core client groups, in English and Mandarin. See our non-resident sellers page for the specifics.
