E-commerce & online sellers
Accounting that understands marketplaces, not just ledgers.
Shopify, eBay, TikTok Shop, Etsy or all of them at once — we reconcile marketplace payouts to real sales, keep GST right across channels, and turn your numbers into decisions. In English or Mandarin.
Sound familiar?
The problems we solve every week.
Payouts don’t match sales
Marketplace deposits arrive net of fees, refunds and reserves. If your books record deposits as revenue, your margins — and your GST — are wrong.
GST across channels
Domestic sales, low-value imports, marketplace-collected GST — each channel treats GST differently, and mixing them up means overpaying or underreporting.
Inventory eats your cash
Profit on paper, nothing in the bank. Without landed-cost tracking, you can’t see which SKUs actually make money.
An accountant who needs it explained
If you have to teach your accountant what a settlement report is, you’re paying to educate them.

We speak marketplace
Settlement reports, chargebacks, promo rebates, multi-currency payouts — this is our daily work, not a novelty.
Bilingual by design
English or Mandarin, for you and for your suppliers’ paperwork.
Fixed fees
Agreed before we start. Your bookkeeping bill shouldn’t be a variable cost.
Common questions
Asked by e-commerce & online sellers, answered plainly.
Do I charge GST on all my online sales?
Not necessarily. It depends on whether you’re registered, where the goods ship from, and whether a marketplace is already collecting GST on that transaction. We map each channel so nothing is double-taxed or missed.
When do I need to register for GST?
Once your GST turnover reaches A$75,000 over 12 months (current or projected), you may be required to register. Below that, registering can still be worthwhile to claim GST credits — it’s a numbers question we can answer quickly.
Can you work with my existing Shopify/Xero setup?
Yes. We work in Xero daily as a Xero Partner and connect marketplace data so your books reflect real sales, not just deposits.
